We have a very specific type of travel offering – custom, escorted tours of New Zealand. And we only work with small private groups, from 2 to 8 people, so you’re only traveling with people you know. You get an all-inclusive luxury tour, with the best sights and activities, while hosted and driven by an expert guide. We handle everything from the time you arrive in New Zealand to the moment you step back on the plane. With your custom choices and interests at the forefront, all of the transport, accommodation, restaurants and unique activities are ready for you. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the view, experience the incredible natural wonders, savour the fresh local cuisine, learn about the culture from the people that live here ...and create unforgettable memories.

Our tours are not rushed. We want you to enjoy the rich environment and culture, and that means limiting the amount of driving we do each day. New Zealand is a small country and with that comes long, single lane roads that can feel much longer than they look on a map. We recommend a minimum of 15 days/14 nights for either a North Island tour or a South Island tour. For a combined tour we recommend at least 22 days/21 nights.

Planning For Your Trip

A tour of New Zealand is not a spur-of-the-moment kind of trip! Our tours are planned at least six months in advance, if not a full year (or more). In particular, accommodation needs to be reserved well ahead of the tour. And the same goes for all of the special activities and additional mini-tours that can be included in your itinerary. New Zealand’s relatively small stature has limited resources to handle the multitude of people that would like to visit each year. We can confirm that great things happen to people that plan now and travel in twelve months!

The Seasons

Our high season for travel is between November and March, with December, January and February having the most predictably warm weather. July and August are the coldest months of the year. The climate, however, is relatively moderate year-round and great tours can still be booked in the off-peak months and come with the benefit of fewer crowds, slightly lower prices and snow in the mountains (great for skiers:)

Pricing

We can provide an approximate cost if we have the length of the trip and the number of people in your group. Once we have a confirmed date for your arrival and departure, we can finalise our group Tour Agreement and get going on setting up the details of your fabulous adventure!

Your All-Inclusive Tour

The tours are set up to be all-inclusive, with all of the work on the itinerary, the guide, transport, accommodation, meals and planned activities included. Alcoholic beverages are not included and any unplanned activities would be purchased by you directly with the service provider.
